Will there be food available?
There will be three breaks throughout the day with complimentary snacks. Lunch will be provided by Chick-fil-A. If you have any special dietary needs, you are welcome to bring your own food.
What does the price of the ticket cover?
Your ticket covers admission to the event, all snacks and lunch, and at least one book from one of our speakers.
How many people will be attending?
We have purposely limited attendance to no more than 350 people and anticipate that this event will sell out. Our goal is to create an environment that encourages valuable connections with other attendees.
The promotions say Christian business leaders, owners, and CEO’s – what does that mean?
We want anyone that defines themselves in these terms to be at this event! If you are responsible for others in your workplace or community, whether you supervise one person or you’re the CEO of an entire company, you are a leader. If you own a business, regardless of the type or size of company, you should be here.
Is this is a new organization in our community?
The Business On Mission Conference is an all-volunteer event being led by a number of Christian business leaders representing several area churches. It is not an organization but we do hope that there will be significant next steps that will continue to bring Christian business leaders together.
What do you envision for the next steps after the conference?
As we get closer to the conference date, our guiding team continues to get ideas from many people about what we can continue after the event. It is our hope that churches will establish groups of like-minded leaders and that as a community we can continue to meet on a regular basis. It will be interesting to see what God does in this area.
How can I help?
First and foremost – pray for this event. Pray for our speakers and all of the people that God would have attend. We desire to see God move in the lives of many people through this endeavor and for it to have a real impact in our churches and our community. Second, help us promote the event by sharing the information with your peers, employees, co-workers, and those you do community with – we need your help to get the word out.
