Sebastian Traeger has served as IMB executive vice president since November 2014. He previously worked in business and technology where he started, led, and built several companies. Traeger credits his involvement in Cru and Athletes in Action while a student at Princeton University and his membership at Capitol Hill Baptist Church as significant in God growing him spiritually. He is the co-author of The Gospel at Work, which unpacks the powerful way that the gospel can transform a person’s work.
Kris Den beston
President/CEO, Vermeer Southeast
Kris DenBeston currently serves as president/CEO of Vermeer Southeast, a construction equipment company covering Florida, Georgia, Alabama, the Caribbean islands, and Central America. Under his leadership the company has experienced growth in annual sales from $6 million to over $100 million. Beyond his corporate responsibilities Kris is a board member of the Promise Keepers and the Jobs Partnership, an employee enhancement ministry that teaches God's principles for work and then helps graduates find jobs that provide hope and a future.
Kris has authored three books on leadership, facing crisis, and living by faith. He is a down-to-earth, from-the-heart communicator who effectively connects with all audiences. Kris shares his message of hop and Christ's empowerment by speaking at business forums, churches, ministry organizations, and through media. He and his wife, Robin, live in Windermere, Florida, and have three teenage children: Cole, Gracyn, and Brooks.

Lead Pastor, Impact Community Church
Dr. David Walker is the Lead Pastor of Impact Community Church. Impact is a three year old church plant in the upstate of South Carolina. David has been married to his wife Bonnie for 20 years, and they have 3 children. After 18 years in ministry revitalizing established churches, God called David and Bonnie to partner with several families and plant a new church at a YMCA in a growing community. The vision of Impact is to pursue real relationships with people in their community and offer the hope and help of the gospel where people live, work, and play.

Dave Kountz spent his first 14 years working as an engineer, first for the US Navy helping to develop next generation weaponry and then moving to Lynchburg VA to become the VP of Engineering at Omnitech Engineering, a highly successful custom Automation Machinery builder. However, after feeling the prompting of God, he stepped away from engineering into the role of Executive Pastor at Blue Ridge Community Church, helping to lead the staff into a healthy culture that has twice earned the Best Christian Workplace Institute certification. Dave has recently started a new chapter as he has headed back into the marketplace to help be a culture shaper and live out Business on Mission.

Jon Dupin is the lead pastor of Brentwood church in Forest, Virginia. He is a coach and teacher at heart who gets fired up to serve his family, grow the Church, and build thriving teams. He's also a small business owner who has a vision to serve his customers with gospel-driven experience.
